This tray is heavy and appears to be high quality. There are small pads underneath the tray on each corner to protect any surface the tray is placed on. This company is transparent in their description and photos they’ve included on their Amazon order page. They show you the three possible appearances of the white color choice. Since it’s natural marble the pattern varies. You don’t get to pick the exact pattern variations and coloring of the white choice prior to ordering. Although I am careful when I order items, by checking the ratings and reviews, I did not pay attention to the photo that the company depicted showing the white variations. I was unaware there were three different white patterns I could receive. I ordered one tray and received a lovely white b with a a light gray pattern throughout. Just what I expected! I then decided I wanted a matching tray on the other side of my bathroom vanity, so I ordered another tray. That’s when I found out there were variations of white. The second one I ordered arrived in the darkest gray color, I show in my photos. It was much too gray to match. I returned it and immediately reordered a third time in hopes I’d receive a whiter tray, like my first order. The third order I received was much whiter. Although it isn’t a perfect match, the tray color blends very well with my first white tray. I’m very pleased with my third order. The tray arrives in a box with firm form padding, intended for this tray. Amazon packs that box in an Amazon box with paper packaging. Love my trays!
