The candle burns thoroughly and left very little residue. Whether you're using it for decoration, religious or spiritual purposes it's very good quality for the price. Pro tip! If you're wanting a clearer burn, wrap the 7 day candle in foil so you can't see the outside of the glass, burn it for four hours straight in a safe area to soften the wax a bit, then leave it in the refrigerator overnight so it burns even better. ??
