Beautiful candles, smooth and clean-burning. But the wicks don't curl much as they burn, which means the flame gets really tall and the candles burn down very quickly—only about 4 hours burn time in each candle. If that's not a problem for you, go for it!Just what I expectedGreat candle for the money with no smoke at all, but be aware that the taper to the base is small. Meaning they are smaller at the base than a standard candle holder. Being more slender they do burn quicker. I will go back to my last brand I purchased. These cost less, but have less wax.I would give these 5 stars except they are not dripless. I didn’t realize this fact and ended up with wax all over the tables of our wedding. It was easy enough to clean off, but somewhat annoying. Other than that, they were easy to light, stayed lit for SEVERAL hours, and looked beautiful.They burn great ok .I use candies often so no big deal to me .Not even or straight ?Perfect!I bought these for tall individual candle holders. I put them in and they will not (for anything!!!) stay straight. Nothing bugs me more than leaning candles arghhh. I ended up buying wax dots to secure them into the holders, but they should’ve come with the product. I’m not sure WHAT type of holders these would correctly fit into? The bottom is almost as narrow as the top. I went to Michaels and bought candles that have a thick and channeled bottom; which makes it SO much easier (and not wax dots involved)!These are as advertised. Don't know why I was asked about "scent" for this review, as they are advertised as scentless. As for longevity I have burned them over two days and a total of five hours, and they are not even 1/4 burned. They aren't perfectly dripless, but more than with expectations. In reality, I've never seen a true dripless candle in my 57 years and these do very well. My guess is that the people claiming they are a mess either had a window open with a breeze, or a ceiling fan. Both would easily cause drips. Dang amateurs. The only criticisms I have is they are expensive, and they are all slightly bent. Still, I rate five stars.None were broke so that's a good thing, there candles what can I say. haven't lit them as yet so can not say how long they burn or if they r dripless,Update they r great just as described drip less all the way would recommend!!The candles seem fine, but this company needs better shipping practices... 8 of the 30 candles came snapped because they were just laid out together in a row in the box. A bit disappointing considering the price.When i opened the box of candle only 4 were not cracked. They were not properly wrapped.color is different from picture, received several candles broken.Wedding reception ! Long burning time and little mess.
